PRIDE Centric Resources

PRIDE Spotlight – Team Member: Jonah Hepting

  • Jonah Hepting (Marketing Manager)
  • Location: Centennial, Colorado
  • How long have you been with PRIDE Centric Resources? Closing in on 11 years here in June.
  • How did you get involved with PRIDE Centric Resources? After doing some time in New Jersey and moving back to Colorado in 2006, saw an ad on Craig’s List, interviewed with Carmella and Christy Sumner and was hired that day. The rest is history…
  • What’s the greatest advice you have been given about this industry? Not so much advice but just that there are a lot of great folks in this industry and it’s a been a pleasure getting to know many of them throughout my years at PRIDE!
  • If you weren’t in foodservice, what other industries do you have an interest in? Well, I do enjoy graphic design so most likely something along those lines. I used to  paint children’s room murals before I actually had kids. If time ever permitted again, I would love to get back to doing that on the side.  But if I had to choose something way outside of the lines of the art side of things, I love geography and anything involving maps. So maybe a cartographer.
  • What do you consider your greatest achievement? Well, besides employee of the month at McDonald’s back in high school, most likely raising my two boys with my wife. They are a handful of energy as you can all imagine but very rewarding to see them grow.
  • What’s your favorite activity to do locally? Several…snowboarding up in the mountains, going to Broncos and CSU football games, mountain biking, visiting many of the amazing breweries located around the Denver/Colorado area.
  • What is your favorite activity outside of the office? Snowboarding, coaching my boy’s soccer teams, painting/drawing…even doing some home repairs, save for plumbing.
  • Where is your favorite place to travel? To Mile Stadium for Bronco’s home games. Well, that and any of the following: New York City, Ft. Lauderdale, Cancun…but have to say Crested Butte, CO is just about the most perfect place on the planet!
  • Name one item on your bucket list. Would love to do the cliché and travel Europe…visit the obvious attractions. But since I am sports nut, that would have to include watching Chelsea beat up on Arsenal at Stamford Bridge in London!
