We are busy working on completing each of your 2023 Desktop Calendars. We now need your company information that will appear on each month’s page of the calendar. The calendar page image on the right is a draft of how your information will appear on each calendar month’s page. That information will be the same for each month.

Please click on the “Dealer Information” button to provide that information no later than Friday, July 15, 2022. We will utilize your logo we currently have on file. Once we have your contact information, we will complete your catalog pages and send you a proof for your review and approval. You will have an opportunity to make any corrections or changes at that time.

At this time, no billing is required. Once the calendars are finished, printed, and shipped, we will reach out to you with further details regarding the distribution of vendor funds. If you have any questions, please reach out to Preston Brooks at pbrooks@pridecentricresources.com.

Enter your dealership name as you want it to appear on each calendar page.
Your Name(Required)
Name of person completing form. This name will not appear on your calendar page.
Address(Required)
Add your address as you want it to appear on each calendar page.
Add your phone number as you want it to appear on your calendar page.
Enter a second phone or fax number only if you want an additional phone number to appear on your calendar page. Please be sure to indicate if the phone number is a fax number.
Add your customer contact email address
Add your website address
Enter the day and hours you are open. Examples: Mon - Fri 9 am - 5 pm MT or Mon - Thu 8 am - 4 pm ET, Fri - Sat 8 am - 6 pm ET
Social Media(Required)
Indicate the social media websites you have an account on. Select as many as apply. Select "None" if you belong to no social media sites or choose not to list them.
Enter a tagline or slogan you would like to appear on your calendar page. We will reach out to you during production to confirm font and color.
Provide any product categories you'd like to appear on your calendar page - things like Refrigeration, Cooking, Stainless Steel Fabrication, Repair Service, Equipment Rental... (optional)
