The title just about says it all. Karin’s job at PRIDE is to vet and implement strategies which improve profitability for PRIDE’S dealers. Karin found PRIDE through a newspaper ad for the Controller role, and the rest is history.

When she’s not busy charting PRIDE’s future path, she’s trying out new recipes, curling up with a good book, and, of course, spending time with her LSU college sweetheart!

PRIDEOLOGY 101: Karin can trace her family in the United States back to 1770 – she has a patriot ancestor who fought in the Revolutionary War – and continues to research previous generations!

Most likely to: Travel the world

Cathy gets great joy from each of her roles with PRIDE, and wouldn’t change a thing.

When not at the office, she’s spending time with her family in the great outdoors, living the Colorado lifestyle hiking, camping, shooting guns, and fly fishing! Most of her family is in Colorado, so it’s a good thing Cathy loves cooking for her crew!

PRIDEOLOGY 101: Cathy is a daredevil and has checked off bungie jumping in New Zealand, skydiving in Colorado, zip-lining in Costa Rica, spelunking in New Zealand, parasailing in Cabo, and heli-skiing in Winter Park from her bucket list.

Born in Salt Lake City but raised in Metro Denver, Cara’s career in the industry makes her the perfect fit for creating beneficial vendor partnerships with PRIDE dealers. Having worked several jobs in the industry, from dealership warehouses to General Manager to her role at PRIDE, Cara is always ready to take on new challenges with a smile!

Outside of the office, Cara enjoys kickboxing, paddleboarding, hiking, cycling, and exploring different places. She loves the outdoors and is proud to call Colorado her home.

PRIDEOLOGY 101: Cara has hiked thirteen of Colorado’s Fourteeners, and biked up Mt. Elbert!

Having a naturally organized personality, Corrina has a passion for planning and efficiency that she’s applied to her career with Pride as our Director of Administration. A coastal Cali girl at heart, Corrina felt called to the Colorado mountains in 2007 and joined the Pride family in 2018. Corrina loves doing yoga and spending time in the great outdoors with her granddaughters, but she doesn’t miss a chance to find her way back to the beach every so often to refresh and renew her spirit.

PRIDEOLOGY 101: Corrina is fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish.

The money man!  Some call Kyle “Z” as his last name is difficult to pronounce. He moved to the mile-high state in 2020 coming from Georgia.  He manages the entire accounting, finance, and rebate team at PRIDE.  He was born in New York City and spent most of his childhood in Westfield, NJ. So, considers that home.  When not counting the PRIDE pennies, he can be found outdoors. He completed the ascent of Mount Rainier in Washington in July 2022 and hopes to build on that with some climbs in South America in the next few years. If he won the lottery, he would invest more of his time furthering environmental causes like endangered species protection, ecosystem conservation, and climate change.

As our Director of Business Development, Eric is always one step ahead of the game and constantly thinks outside of the box for new opportunities for our company. He’s always striving to present our dealers with the most strategic and efficient programs and ensure everyone involved is satisfied with the final product. In 2007 Eric launched a Contract Design Dealership in Plymouth MN which was when his career with PRIDE began. When he’s not thinking about strategy for our company he loves working on fun vehicles and enjoys driving his 50th Anniversary Mustang GT out on the town. Though he enjoys driving V8 manual transmission cars, he also dabbles in sewing and makes fleece Footie blankets for friends going through tough times.

PRIDEology101: Eric once ran a Warrior Dash with his friends and came in last in his age group only to find out he ran the entire race with a bad case of pneumonia!

Most likely to: Have Cher make a surprise appearance at a PRIDE event as his plus one.

Though he’s still waiting for the day he can leave his worries behind and jet off to the tropics with his family, he enjoys working in Denver and catching a movie with them on the weekends.

PRIDEOLOGY 101: Preston met Cher during her Heart of Stone tour. Preston was standing next to her when a local news magazine show interview Cher and Preston was later noted as an unidentified guest!

Most likely to: Save the day! Lee has been a certified EMT of over 40 years and is currently volunteering in his local community.

For the PRIDE community, Lee channels his passion for teaching and mentoring by leading training and education programs. With years of experience in both Foodservice, and top Foodservice E&S Buying Groups, Lee’s wealth of knowledge is empowering the PRIDE community. His energetic presentations lift the spirts of any zoom or room, making all things food equipment exciting.

PRIDEOLOGY 101: Lee is a woodworker, and restores and rebuilds antiques. In addition, he cares for disabled rescue cats and provides them a comfortable and caring environment in his home in a rural mountain farming community near the Tennessee border in North Carolina.

Scott is a man of many trades and talents. Working in the service industry for over two decades we consider him an expert in the marketing department here at PRIDE. He caters to every one of our dealers and is up for any challenge that approaches him handling it with ease and leaving any situation better and more organized than when it was presented to him. While his job as our Marketing Manager keeps Scott incredibly busy, he also fills his free time with various hobbies outside of work.  He enjoys attending Red Sox games to bring him back to his roots, and loves traveling the world. While Covid delayed his passion for traveling he’s certainly made up for the lost time on his most recent trip abroad to four different countries!

PRIDEology 101: Scott is on the board of not one but two nonprofits that advocate for his love of road cycling.

Most likely to: Hold a boom box outside someone’s window, while simultaneously bouncing a soccer ball on his head

Following in his father’s footsteps, Wes also began his PRIDE career in New Orleans. His dad has been in the foodservice industry since the 80’s, and Wes picked up the same passion for the industry in no time.

While he’d like to produce music one day, he’s leaving that to the professionals and settling for local karaoke and shooting pool with friends during his free time.

PRIDEOLOGY 101: In 1998, he was the 7th ranked tenor in the state of Louisiana.

Kelly is our creative genius here at PRIDE. Working as the Graphic Designer Kelly creates brilliant masterpieces and ideas for our vendors and clients. Kelly traded the heat of Arizona for fresh mountain air 7 years ago and has called Colorado home ever since. While she was a free-spirited freelancer for a few years, she brought that spirit to her full-time position at PRIDE. Leaning into the Colorado personality Kelly loves camping, spending time with her two dogs, and snow days. She also applies her creative talents outside of work to various hobbies including drawing, embroidery, and cosplay.

A woman of many interests, Laura is always looking to be more creative in her work. She was born in Denver and calls Steamboat, Colorado her hometown. Laura is the builder, designer, and creative brain behind the dealer’s websites and The KitchenSpot. In her early years, she graduated with a degree in environmental chemistry then transitioned into web design because she liked keeping up with the new trends in marketing. When she is not hiking, biking, or snowboarding, you might find her inside designing hats or jewelry for fun! With 12 countries under her belt, Laura would like to continue to travel and see the rest of the world in her spare time.

PRIDEology 101: Laura lived in Vietnam for a year teaching English to young school children.

Sometimes fate puts you where you fit best. At least that appears to be the case for Feral, who happened into her job at PRIDE on the recommendation of a friend. She’s filled the Accounting Supervisor role well, preparing and analyzing rebates while providing top-notch customer service to PRIDE’s dealers and vendors.

In her spare time, you’ll probably find Feral at a Monster Truck show or her cheering loudly at a Nuggets game with her son.

PRIDEOLOGY 101: With ninja-level financial skills, Feral has the unique ability to blow $300 in one day or make $20 last an entire week.

Most likely to: Commandeer a drone to save the world during a zombie apocalypse

Brett is a native of New Orleans, but was eager to move to Denver to continue his job as Procurement Accountant and Assistant Credit Manager. When PRIDE’s New Orleans office closed, Brett had to say goodbye to good ol’ southern Cajun food, and hello to the great Rocky Mountains. The adjustment was smooth, as he quickly adapted to his Colorado transplant lifestyle by biking, hiking and drone flying.

While his work life remains the same, Brett enjoys the change of scenery and everything Colorado has to offer.

PRIDEOLOGY 101: In addition to drones, Brett has also flown small civilian planes and helicopters.

In his role as Staff Accountant, Jeff takes pride (no pun intended) in providing dealers with the very best customer service he can offer.

A diehard, born-and-raised New Orleans Saints fan, he now enjoys all that Colorado has to offer—especially craft beer and miles of beautiful trails in the city of Denver! When Jeff isn’t honing his financial ninja skills, he’s dreaming of crossing the globe as a world-class Cicerone and Sommelier.

PRIDEOLOGY 101: Jeff has eaten a 12 egg omelette in one sitting.

Growing up in a military family Shelly has called many places home over the years but was elated to have a home base in Colorado where she joined PRIDE as our Staff Accountant in 2021. She helps keep the books in order and makes sure cash flow runs smoothly for all of our vendors. Truly an asset to our team Shelly does a wonderful job keeping our accounts in tip-top shape.
When she’s not crunching numbers, Shelly loves baking, watching football (Go Blue!), cooking, and gardening. Shelly would love to eventually combine her career in accounting with her passion for cooking to help people understand nutrition and food budgeting while making tasty meals. She’s not too far from that dream as she’s recently had her very own cookbook published!

Anna has spent most of her life in the Denver area. When she is not working with the PRIDE accounting team processing AR and AP payments and rebates, she loves spending time with her young son.

Anna has always been very competitive and enjoys shooting pool, bowling, and golf. If money were no object, Anna could be found traveling the world and playing rounds at all the most beautiful golf courses.

PRIDEology101: Anna learned to play the piano when she was 5 years old and never stopped.

Most likely to: Replace Siri’s web of knowledge on the next iPhone update

As the man behind the mouse, Trevor makes sure everything is running smoothly on the systems side of PRIDE. While maintaining the network, he also controls the configuration and maintenance of PRIDE’s servers, making sure things are always running smoothly!

As a Colorado native, Trevor could never bring himself to leave, and lives just minutes from his childhood home. In his spare time, Trevor tinkers with motorcycles and cars to keep his mechanical as well as technical skills honed.

PRIDEOLOGY 101: Trevor is quite the handyman, possibly earning himself the nickname “Trevor the Technological Tool Man”.

Most likely to: Start a one man band. Alex plays 11 instruments including: many guitars, a banjo, a ukelele, an 18 string harp guitar, and an electric bass.

But as a lover of data, one of his other talents is analyzing data to support the innovation of companies. Alex’s degree in Economics, with a focus in Statistics, make him the perfect champion of PRIDE’s database software and also monthly reporting volume.

PRIDEOLOGY 101: In addition to playing instruments, Alex loves dancing, especially dances such as Salsa and Shuffling.
