Alliance Paper & Foodservice Equipment announced today that Connor Flynn has been appointed President, effective January 1, 2026. Connor Flynn succeeds Brian Flynn, who has owned and led the company since purchasing it in 1986. Connor Flynn previously served as Vice President and has been with the company for more than 10 years.
As Vice President, Connor Flynn oversaw purchasing, marketing, cash-and-carry operations, and strategic planning. His leadership has contributed to the company’s continued growth while maintaining a strong focus on customer service.
During his 39 years of ownership, Brian grew the business from a small storefront with six employees into a thriving operation with two locations, 25 employees, and a fleet of route trucks serving the greater Chicagoland market.
“I’m honored to continue the work my father started,” said Connor Flynn. “I look forward to building on our foundation.”
“Connor has been deeply involved in the business for many years and understands our values and customers,” said Brian Flynn. “I am confident in his ability to lead the company and drive continued growth.”
Brian Flynn will continue to support the company as Senior Advisor. In his retirement, he looks forward to traveling with his wife, Dorothy, and enjoying a more relaxed schedule.
