How did you get involved in the Foodservice Industry? I’m the 2nd generation in the business, working for my father when the business was located in the heart of Chicago’s Greektown.
Describe the best foodservice job that you have done? The various projects on Rikers Island in NYC.
What’s the greatest advice you have been given about this industry? A sale isn’t a sale until you get paid. (Demetre’s Dad)
What do you consider your greatest achievement? That the next generation, my children Demetre III and Nicole are running the business.
What’s your favorite activity to do locally? Love the theater and going to art shows.
Where is your favorite place to travel? Going to New York City and seeing the shows, the U.S. Open and restaurants.
